It's not a special edition I'm sorry to say, and it's not 'new'. It's just a reprint of the old Anchor Bay release from years back. If you have that one there's no reason what so ever to get Blue Uncerground's re-release.
The extras are the same as the Anchor Bays disc, an interview with co-writer Dardano Sacchetti, the trailer and some textual talent bios. Nothing new.

Is the 2007 release edited? On Amazon, the 20076 release is listed as 89 minutes and sells for under 10 dollars. the original anchor bay version sells for almost 27 dollars and is listed as running 91 minutes!
