Sequel

David leland syas he has written a script when trevor is in his 40s but no one will make it. How gutting is that!

reply

Be great if Tim played Trevor again !.I don't think anyone else should have the role.

reply

That would be Awesome if they got Tim.

reply

Apparently Tim was interested.

YOU NEVER COULD BEAT ME EGG SHEN!

reply

In this film Trevor seems resigned to his fate (as pointed out on the blackboard). It would be cool if Trevor is now in his 40s and has a 16 year old of his own who is heading down the same path.

It would be amazing if they made a sequel but there arent many greats like Alan Clarke around any more. i doubt it would happen

reply

The only one I believe that could do just as good a job as Clarke would is Peter Watkins, though he seems to have retired from filmmaking. Perhaps Leland should get the backing and direct his script himself? Stranger things have happened and worked.

reply

Get Tony Kaye.

Geoffry Wright could be a decent choice he directed "Romper Stomper" in 1992 and that film has a similar feel

Rob Zombie is one of the greatest directors today
