if I'm not mistaken, it was written somewhere on Internet that the above mentioned accident really took place during the first half of the movie.
Is that true? How did it happen and what kind of injures were they? Please, let me know.

I've never heard about ninety stuntmen getting injured. But if it is true, then my guess would be when they are all climbing up the Bun Tower right at the start of the movie. There are some serious falls there, and most of the pain looks genuine!!
