Wendy Crewson: too beautiful

to be believable in this movie. Which I think is so-so... Was hoping for something better... Crewson is a very beautiful woman and a very good actress...
Why hasn't she become more known...

In this film, the only time I have ever seen her, she is known as Wendy Hughes. Why Crewson? Just curious. I think she did a lovely job, acting this part with such subtlety I forgot her beauty, and believed her plain, until towards the end, when she began to change emotionally. Then of course she began to change by smiling more, her carriage changed - she walked with her shoulders back and with assurance - and she held her head high. Subtle and brilliant. I can only guess she didn't want to act more than she did? She certainly did have every quality a great actor needs.
