I Loved this Movie!

I was flipping through the channels and sawy Sally Field and think she is just amazing so I left the channel on and I think I missed like the first hour of this movie but I thought it was really really good! I also love Jeff Bridges from The Mirror Has Two Faces and James Caan from Funny Lady (Can you tell I'm a Streisand fan?) Anyway, did everyone else love this movie?

I thought this movie was wonderful! I saw it on cable ages ago (still have my recorded video of it) and fell in love with it immediately. I liked Sally Field ever since I saw her as Gidget as a kid so it was easy to love this one. The premise of a ghost thrown into a storyline to me is comical. There are many movies/TV show that use ghosts in their stories such as I Married a Witch and Britain's Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased). The first scene when Kay first sees Jolly after opening the house and they get into an argument to me is comical. As she's berating him he goes on to say everything she's about to do such as throwing a book at him, PRICELESS! This is a love story and comedy all rolled into one and for me it was great. All three of the main cast members performed their roles well. And to the detractors,,,,,,,,you have no love in your heart.

I agree ... very romantic, and very funny.

I saw it in the theatre many years ago, and it was a great experience. The whole audience was laughing. I'll never forget it.

It's on TV again and this is the first time I've seen it. It also was a reminder why I've always loved Sally Field. Jeff Bridges was so handsome and a bit lovable. James Caan provide some additional humor. Good cast - good movie!
