the appearance of Booji Boy

I saw Devo's video "Are We Not Men" and I really love the introduction with Booji Boy. How big is his appearance in this movie??? anyone??

and where can i buy the mask like his??

What other videos are available (to download, preferably) with Booji Boy in them??

thanks

Booji Boy has a decent sized role...definitely worth checking it out. Booji also appears in the Devo short films such as 'men who make the music' and various live videos. As far as the mask...i haven't seen one anywhere. you may want to keep an eye on clubdevo.com and 'devo obsesso'.
good luck spud.

It's fairly large. From what I've seen off of some YouTube clips, he opens and ends the film with this vulgar parody of Dylan's "Blowing In The Wind" and appears with Neil in the Johnny Spud version of "Rust Never Sleeps".

Booji Boy has great parts. He recites prose twice, mishandles nuclear waste, displays affection for nature, has an extended scene with a supporting cast member and announces the end of the world. To top it off, he sings lead vocal to "Out of the Blue and Into the Black" with Neil Young on lead guitar. If you like Booji Boy...!

Mark Mothersbaugh, the man behind the mask, also wrote much of the sound track. It has some Pee Wee's Playhouse-esque qualities, also for which he would later help write a sound track.

THe scene with Booji boy in the crib and Devo jamming with Neil Young was one of the most surreal thing I've seen on film. It was pure genius.
