I think the first time I ever saw this movie was when I was about 10 and thats a long time ago now.
Not seen it for years, but even the thought of this film still gives me the creeps. I hd to sleep in my sisters bedroom for a week to get over it.
I was fine the whole movie, but it was the last 15/20 mins of the film that got me. From the moment the freak steps out of the shadows in the bar and he's wearing black eyeliner..... Creepy as hell.
that eyeliner was pretty creepy!!! lol

Is this the movie where, at the end, she shoots him with a spear gun (or a crossbow), and it goes straight through him and shatters a mirror behind him? And for a second he doesn't realize he's been shot?

She locks herself in the bathroom and the guy breaks the door down and she uses a harpoon that goes straight through him. For a split second though, you think she's missed.

You mean she didn't miss?!?! That's always what I thought had happened. A moment after that, I remember some hero guy (whoever that was) crashing through the door and and either shot him in the back or clubbed him or something, rescuing her.

I always thought the eyeliner along with the fake beard and eyebrows was him doing himself up the way he did as Tom's stunt double, as though he wanted to assume his identity when he was killing for him...
