uncut version

Is the wizard video version called monster hunter of this movie uncut? If not where can I get the uncut version.

The German Astro-version shall have all the gore-scenes intact, but there are some sec of dialogues missing.

'Absurd' the sequel to 'Anthropophagous the Beast' received an uncut video relese around 1981 on the 'medusa' video label running at 90m 06s. the vhs i have runs a good 4m shorter so i think this was the version that had the self imposed cuts. would like to get the uncut version if anyone knows a good link :)

Why does anyone care about an uncut version? I have never seen worse special effects anyway. It's not like there's anything in this movie to marvel at or ask "how'd they do that?" The abdominal surgery scene looks like, guys dressed like doctors, washing red dye out of terry cloth hand towels, with clamps and scalpels. Tell me I'm wrong.... When the evil guy has his intestines hanging out, it looks like he's holding raw bacon covered in ketchup. Tell me I'm exaggerating....

There are some german DVDs, but they are so goddamn hard to find. Jeebus!

I have the uncut version on DIVX, downloaded it on DC ++. It was a vhs rip with bad but watchable quality.
IMO is this movie better than Antropophagus!, but only the uncut version, and the both dvds sucks because they are both dubbed to german.

If you're looking for Anthropophagous II/Absurd/Monster Hunter I recommend ebay. I found the uncut 90 minute version on there.

Was this on dvd or vhs? Also waas it an original copy?
One more thing, was it dubbed in German?

Through doing some research I found out that the only uncut PAL version of this on vhs is the one released by Medusa.

It's just recently been released! I just bought a copy yesterday. Now I want to see Delirium, Human Experiments, I Miss You Hugs & Kisses and The Ghastly Ones (among others) to be released on Blu-ray in the U.K.
