Score
Although the movie was pretty good, I felt like the score was ripped from some late 70's made for tv drama. Anyone else notice that?
So I got that going for me.... which is nice.
The score was composed by Jerry Fielding who scored lots of movies throughout the 70s. I have the soundtrack CD to this movie and there are several cues that sound exactly like cues from other scores by Fielding. The Big Sleep and The Gambler are two scores that I heard similarities.
I'm not sure why that is, I think Fielding may have been in declining health at the time he was scoring this film and he died just after he completed his work on this movie. He might have had to make some last minute changes. Who knows.
