NEED QUICK HELP about the blu-ray commentary track!

There was a commentary track on the original box set for this third installment but not on the single DVD re-releases nor on the blu-ray releases...

Can anyone provide me with some more information? Is there no commentary track for this third installment in the complete edition blu-ray set?
