Tippi Hedrin

There must be a mistake on birthdate of Tippi Hedrin (1930) or the making of Foxfire Light (1982). I am watching the movie and it is impossible that she was 50+ at the time. Where is the error? Could you please help?

I caught this movie a few weeks ago on the FLiX channel. It was good in a pleasant way that isn't found in today's movie.

Anyhow, IMDB shows Tippi's birthday as of 1931. If this movie came out in '82, it's possible that it was filmed in late 1980, early 1981, which Teppi could or should have been around 47 to 49 years old. I thought she was a cutie.

Even this pic of Tippi from 1996, she would have been around 65, she looks lovely. I'd say she looks like someone in her early 50's (if this was 30 years ago). http://us.imdb.com/gallery/granitz/0192-env/Events/0192-env/hedrinti.ppi?path=pgallery&path_key=Hedren,%20Tippi

If you check the credits you will see that young co-star Faye Grant was just starting her career, so the film was made circa 1980-plus. It could not be a much older film that had sat on the shelf, given Grant's age and career parameters. That means Tippi was 49 years old-plus, and clearly she looks great for her age. Since you're a fan, be thankful that she aged so gracefully.

I was just watching this on TV and was struck that Tippi reminded me of Angelique on Dark Shadows, but then she was not listed on the cast. But the woman that played Angelique, Lara Parker, didn't have a photo on the IMDB but I found one on google and they look just alike. I looked up Lara's movies and found she was actually in Foxfire Light as well, so will have to try to find her character as I didn't notice the name. Anyone else noticed this resemblance?
