The ending angered me

The movie seemed to punish her, in an odd bit of Hollywood morality, for being a whore, whereas her lover's occupation (doing the same thing) was just his gig. He's allowed to sell his body, but if SHE doesn't give it all up, she's heartless. Come again? It felt like the men were all in it together, and they were sticking it to the women -- who were no worse than the men.
