3 things stand out to me:
1. The sheer brutality of the filming, so many injuries and to himself, Dennehy as well(broken ribs). The sheer recklessness of how the actors were treated in the filming remains almost unique.
2. He basically dismisses the actors playing the National Guardsmen as amateurs and regrets their scene. Total diss.

That was a good commentary and I came away from it with a decent outlook on Stallone. I might be misremembering it, but he seemed alright to me. Then again, I liked Guinevere Turner's commentary for American Psycho, as well, and that wasn't received all that warmly.
