I have watched that scene so many times laughing that I am now OBSSESED with finding out who the hell this black guy is! At first I thought his character name was Stork which would be very fittin considering the way they filmed his looks and one line.
If you don't believe me and you have access to this movie play that part as good ole Stewart/Stork scours the skies for the approaching choppers and ask "Waaaave?" LMMFAO!

Please please help me with this Actors name!
Or laugh with me if you know this scene tell me what you think!

There's no one actually credited as Stewart here. Or as a general "agent" who could be him. 
