Amanda Wyss. She played the ex girlfriend that John Cusack’s character in Better Off Dead was obsessed with. She was also in an episode of the Buck Rogers TV show where she was adorable.

Nothing beats Phoebe's nude scene but I think JJL was quite pretty back in the day. She had that girl next door kind of look to her. You should check her out in that movie Flesh+Blood too. She did some very hot scenes in this movie that rivals and maybe surpasses Phoebe's famous scene in Fast Times.

That being said, I'll go with JJL but it's pretty close between the two of them.
