Amazing movie from the Maestro but I can´t help thinking...

... that it could have been even more awesome if it had had Ingrid Bergman (in the role of Helena), Liv Ullman (in the role of Emilie) and Max von Sydow (in the role of the bishop) as Bergman initially intended. Especially as regards the first two cases; in the case of the bishop Malmjö did a great job, but I found the other two actresses to be relatively dull.
