I purchased a used VHS tape copy off Amazon.com. There are no new copies available as far as I know. You're going to have to pay. Don't expect $5 or $10 used VHS tape prices. This is a hard-to-find VHS movie.
I read that www.freewebs.com/vhs2dvd/ will soon carry a dvd copy.
I ordered an old VHS copy off Amazon; can't wait to receive it.

Yes, I received my VHS tape and the quality is fair-good, what I expect after decades because VHS tapes don't age well. It is good enough for my expectations, however.
Yes, it is a low-budget affair but nonetheless I liked it for what it was. There was no pretense other than what it was, an economical budgeted but good quality production. It was scary in respects, especially the deranged, zombie-looking younger sister who prowled the castle mansion's long, gloomy hallways long after dark.
