DVD Release Date Change

Has the dvd released date been changed? It seems it's no longer available for pre-order at amazon.

It appears the title is not coming out any time soon. I even checked E-bay and a few other reliable sources and there's nothing there. The original release date was August 14, 2007.

This is what amazon's website says: "Availability: Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock."

Bummer. I was really looking forward to seeing this again.

According to thedigitalbits.com,the director's cut is now scheduled to be released on 8/5/2008.....

I wonder if this will be the mini-series version and the European version combined that contained nudity?
