DVD???

Anyone know of a possibility of a DVD release?

I have it on DVD, I got it on Ebay....it seems from the wrapping and case thay it is an import or something, but it works fine on my player - and was great to have in the house. I loved it as a kid and now so does my daughter.

Just checked Amazon.com, wondering the same thing, and they keep telling me to buy their "Ray Bradbury Theatre Collection - ALL 65 EPISODES!". But then, they don't tell what the episodes are.

Yep, I would buy the set, even with 64 episodes I couldn't care less about, just to own this movie. Anybody know if this ALL 65 EPISODES DVD has The Electric Grandmother on it?

The Ray Bradbury episodes are a different telling of the story....

I always wished ( and still do! ) that they'd release this on DVD along w/ "All Summer In a Day," another Ray Bradbury story adapted into a short film.

Anyone see it? It's a tear-jerker. It's about humans living on Venus after we colonize it. Turns out it is ALWAYS cloudy and pouring rain on Venus but there will be one day that comes around like every bazillion years where it stops and the sun comes out. A classroom of children is preparing for the big event. All the kids were born on Venus but just one little girl was born on Earth and has actually seen a sunny day before. . .

I won't tell the rest but will tell you it is available to watch on You Tube in 2 parts.
