Does the 100th Anniversary Digibook include original theatrical version?

I recently bought the 100th Anniversary Digibook Blu-Ray + DVD set as a gift for my cousin who has never seen the film, but I want to make sure that it's the uncut original theatrical version, not the awful nanny-revisionist 2002 version with a cartoony-looking CGI E.T. and walkie talkies.

Here's a picture of the cover so you know which one I'm talking about.

It's still shrink-wrapped, so I don't want to open it since it's a gift. Can someone please confirm that this has the original theatrical version that includes Elliot's line, "IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THAT, PENISBREATH!"?

Thanks!

Yes, that release contains the original theatrical version. The special edition has not been released on Blu-Ray.
