Does anyone know the name of this movie?

There's this movie from the 80's that I saw when I was a kid, It was made for TV and it's about a lady named sally who lives in this apartment and there are demons in the basement that call her name throughout the movie and I think she's afraid to go in the basement cause she knows there are demons down there and I think in the end when she finally goes in the basement they get her. I was afraid of my baesment after I saw that movie.Does anyone know the name of this?
