Diner... the musical... opens in Virginia

Saw the show, was generally pretty good, and had a lot of the same scenes as the movie. The main differences, other than the addition of musical numbers 😃, are a larger focus on the female characters--we get to actually see Elyse (!)--and the inclusion of an 'older' Boogie who narrates during the show. This latter character, who is played by a different actor than 'young' Boogie, gives a modern perspective on the events in the show, and also lets the audience know what eventually becomes of the protagonists.
