Just noticed that the Scream Factory Blu-Ray of Deadly Eyes is titled Night Eyes in the opening credits of the film. Is this the German version of the film with original english track added. Has this been explained anywhere?

someone asked shout factory on a forum and they replied that the 2 master copies that they got were from the European releases. I know Germany was one, but I can't remember the other.
