This movie was on channel 5 here in the UK yesterday, have'nt seen it since i was about 12. I thought it might not of aged very well, i was made up to find that it was still the kick ass film i remember it being. The helicopters are the real stars and the stunt work is fantastic. In the era of CGI that we are in now, its great to see real stuntmen performing real stunts !
shareI saw this when I was 12, as well, back in '91, on BBC1. I think it was during half-term or Easter holidays. I think I was doing my Maths homework. I remember BBC1 screening it previously, either in '83 or '84. The music was very '80s, full of synthesizers, and there was a great explosion at the end.
shareYeah, the electronic music does get a bit loud and screechy at times but the great helicopter flying well makes up for it!
