Actor who plays a prisoner...

Just at the beginnig of the movie, when we can see people on a qeue, it is rainning, a bunch of guards appeare carrying a prisoner... He is a tall guy, with a gauntly face and is completely soaked... One of the women queiein up says something about him " he is so handsome" or something like that...
Who is this actor?... He seems to be uncredited...
