wth? what is is this nincompoop's real name? also, does anyone know why she tells people to call her "Billie". this chick is psych.,as these 2 names don't correlate even the slightest so what gives? anyone know, or can speculate?

Wilma is the feminine version of William. Bill, Billy, etc. are short for William. Hope that clears it up for you.
