Britannia Hospital is an under appreciated gem

I hope this movie will find the audience it deserves one day. I think its so over the top and different than If... and O Lucky Man that the fans of those films turned their back on this one. although it's different from those films I think Britannia Hospital is a very intelligent and special film in its own way.

I have to agree. I watched this for the first time tonight and was utterly blown away. Incredibly relevant and portentous with an outstanding performance by Graham Crowden. It deserves critical momentum behind it. An important and wonderful.
