Moonlighter episode, a question

If you watch this episode, there's a scene when Dixie's daughter Janet is dancing around the living room to music, I wondered if anyone could identify that song, it sounds something like Echo and the Bunnymen or similar, very of it's time anyway, I'd be interested to know what it is, I quite like it!!
