Looks great in HD

This overlooked film looks incredible in high definition. Defintely deserving of a Blu-Ray release.

Where did you see it in HD? Was it on HDTV anywhere? Anyone?

I saw it on MGM HD a few years back. I had it recorded on my DVR till the hard drive died.

It looked really good: nice colors, no banding, minimal noise. The only downside was that the MGM HD version was cropped from its 2.35:1 native ratio to 1.78:1.

Eh...with the domination of streaming services and no me blockbusters being a hard sell on Blu-Ray these days, I doubt there will be a release for this film. Maybe Netflix will get it soon.

There's been a 720p web-dl available since June... not sure of the source.
