Looks great in HD
This overlooked film looks incredible in high definition. Defintely deserving of a Blu-Ray release.

shareWhere did you see it in HD? Was it on HDTV anywhere? Anyone?
shareI saw it on MGM HD a few years back. I had it recorded on my DVR till the hard drive died.
It looked really good: nice colors, no banding, minimal noise. The only downside was that the MGM HD version was cropped from its 2.35:1 native ratio to 1.78:1.
