dvd?

In chatting with a friend about truly memorable film performances of the last 20-odd years, Tim Curry in Blue Money popped into my head. My friend was intrigued because he's a Tim Curry fan but had never even heard of the film! I realize this is a 'small' film, and a made-for-TV one at that. Still, it's well-written, with a jaw-dropping, outstanding performance by a cult-status lead actor. I'd love to see this released on DVD. Wonder what the chances of that are? Failing an official release, I'd be happy to own a dvd-r copy from one of those online outfits like SuperHappyFun. If anyone hears anything on either an official or pirate dvd release, please post word here.

Have to say, rarity or no, with Tim Curry's following it seems a strange oversight that the film isn't already out on dvd.

This movie HAS to come out on DVD or at least VHS or at the very VERY least shown again on TV and broadcast on Sky. I aren't lucky enough to be as alive as you guys 20 years ago... i am only 23 and i can't be responsible for not seeing this film... Boo Hoo!!!

Please, please, please... can't someone get a hold of it for me, i would KILL to see him in Blue Money. Life is SO unfair.

I had to special order my VHS copy about 15 years ago. I was just talking the other day about this coming out on DVD. It was always one of my favorite Tim Curry movies.

Yeah. My mom Taped it years ago ( Off TV or Copied it ) and I think it should come out on DVD soon before this tape wears out. I remember I use to watch it with my mom in the late 80's-early 90's. Great movie and great times.

I vaguely remember this from when it first came on TV, I was only a kid at the time. The only thing I remember is Billy conolly turning up at the end and the fact that the cab was a granada
