Read 'Others' by James Herbert

If you like Basket Case, then this is a must-read. If you can get through the flowery british language, it is a twisted story. If anybody actually takes this advice, you might want to stop reading now because there are serious spoilers ahead.

Basically a Doctor who specializes in physical deformity funds his practice by filming porno/snuff movies of severely deformed (Belial-like or worse) people raping and killing other deformed people. The descriptions of some of the deformities really makes you nauseous.
