Did Grace fall in love with Oliver or did dhe just use him?

Notice how at the breakfast table she has changed her looks to more seductive look; hair down, a more see through yellow dress than her normal business outfit...

Was she using her beauty to convince Warbucks to keep Annie was falling in love with him?

I've ways believed they were in love. She would have worked close with him day and night. She admired him or that is how I see it and that turned to love. I've never seen her as seductive.

I think before Annie came into their lives, there wasn't really any love between them. Grace admired Oliver but there wasn't very much time for love. I think the movie is what opened their eyes. Oliver saw Grace in a different light when he saw Grace put Annie to bed and Grace saw Oliver in a different light after he took time away from his business schedule to treat Annie which seems like he never would of done.

According to the book, they got married and adopted Annie together.

It's possible that grace always had feelings for him, however she was scared to tell him since he's always so busy.

It wasn't until Annie pointed it out while in the pool that he finally realized it.
