Internet 'Error 404' message is based on Max´s callsign?

Is unanimous that this is a great and extraordinary film. Kinski was, as always, absolutally fantastic, and its a fine example of how one can make a good modest film with nothing big and still score for three decades so far. In 1986 here in Brasil, all movie guides put this film in the top-ten, (reminding that there was a time when "The Wicker Man" was top-five horror movie, younger folks), and at that time I sat my bony under-carriage to see this movie in video and I just kept rent-hunting this VHS throughout the most obscure video rental stores in our Lord´s criation. I agree that this film is mostly a cult classic to sci-fi hardcore nerds and trekkies. I am one of them. And proud! I wonder if the Internet browsing error, famous by it´s code "Error 404", is based on Max´s name. He too was in error.

Yeah it's just a coincidence.

Interesting movie, just saw a bit of it on the This channel. Was always interested in it since it had the Vectrex. :)

I watched on there as well and it was the Vectrex that grabbed my attention and convinced me to keep watching. Interesting script by the uncredited star.
