Could you make a list of David Bowie references?

QUESTION FOR EVERYONE:
Could any of you make a list of all of the David Bowie references in each of the episodes David or his songs were mentioned in?

In the episode Nasty when they bury the vampire (who is actually Harry the bastard) the priest says ashes to ashes and Rick cuts in with "funk to funky"

and the weird "I thought you were Australian, like David Bowie" line

In case anyone's wondering, that line was in reference to a film Bowie starred in the year before "Nasty" was broadcast, Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (1983), in which Bowie played an Australian soldier in WWII and effected somewhat of an Aussie accent for the role.

"The Jean Genie" was mentioned in series 1's Interesting (1982).

In the bit where Neil Floats off into space (the episode with the house party, I think) an astronaut says the "Planet Earth Is Blue And Theres Nothing I Can Do" line from Space Oddity.
