Which episodes were these scenes from?

I'm trying to remember which episodes these scenes are from. They're both from episodes that I haven't seen in about 20 years (Jetix hasn't shown either to my knowledge). I don't remember if Iceman & Firestar are in either (the eps may be from the other Spidey show from '81).

At the end of an episode where Spidey has battled Electro, a pair of cops in their squad car find Electro webbed to a clock tower (?) with a note from Spidey pinned to him (Electro). One of the cops reads the note aloud, which begins, "Hickory Dickory Dock ...” That’s all I remember from that one.

I remember even less of the second ep. In it, Spidey is wrapped up in chains, trapped in a room with books. I think that the room was filling up with water. Spidey hops over to a lectern with a large book of magic (?) on it. The book is already open. Spidey uses his chin to turn the pages, trying to find a magic spell that will help him escape both the chains & the room. I want to say that he was fighting Mysterio, but Mysterio only illusions & not magic (unless Mysterio found a book of magic?). Spidey is talking to himself as he looks thru the book, but I don't remember what he said.

Anyway, I've already looked on IMDb, ToonZone's MAA/Spidey section (just the two shows from '81), and spider-friends.com, to no avail. If anyone has a clue, please let me know! I've been wondering about these eps for a long time now, but haven't gotten around to posting until now. I might post this on the other '81 show's board, too.
