Given how much time her son spends with his Uncle Scooby and his Uncle? Yabba, i wonder how much time he even got to spend with her son?

Maybe Ruby Doo lives one of those wild lifestyles that felt her son was better off dealing with monsters and outlaws.

Its never made all too clear when the Scrappy Doo episodes happen within the shows' timeframes. He could be on Spring or Summer vacation when hes off on his adventures with his uncles Yabba and Scooby.
