Scenes that are freaking hilarious

Not jokes or little sight gags.

Scenes like Frank questions the suspect on the basketball court and he gets involved in the game and steals the ball and drives in for an awesome layup. Or when Frank and the guy at the lab are talking and they do the decaf coffee commercial parody. Both so deliciously silly and hilarious.

In the scene where the ventriloquist forces Frank and the club owner to watch his act and Frank punches the dummy first then the ventriloquist. Too damn funny.

And in the opening scene the girl is at her birthday party...it pans all the happy Birthday posters & shows one "Welcome, Howard, Frank, Dandy Don & Monday Night Football!" lol

I love the running gags, they grow on you as you make it throgh the series - the freeze frames, shoot outs near trash cans, kids in the science lab, the elevator and car backgrounds, and the one which always gets me chuckling, Franks constant crashing of his car

While it's not a scene, Drebin's rank is a running gag. He would often say "My name is Sergeant Frank Drebin, detective Lieutenant, police squad." Later on, someone would call him Captain Drebin.

And that, Lauren, is how taxes work.

my favorite is johnny the shoeshiner's advice to non-franks characters

When the Lt removes the wig (s) of the female suspect.

The other cop, undercover locksmith, (peter lupus from Mission Impossible) taking his locksmith cover way too seriously.

The shootout finale in Ep1 always cracks me up. When they pan out and you find out they're only like 3 metres away from each other.
The subsequent wig(s) exposure is also funny.

And most of the freeze frame end credits are also memorable.

The scene when the kidnapper calls the mother of the victim and Frank tells her to keep the kidnapper on the line so they can put a tap on the phone. The mother begins to run out of things to says and begins to ask the kidnapper "Who do you think will win the NBA championship?" and then poses a math problem "Two trains leave a station.."

I also liked the scene on the last episode where Frank is trying to get on stage at the comedy club but can't because there is another comedian scheduled to perform. Ed then arrests the other comedian for "reproducing a major league baseball game without the expressed written consent of the commissioner."
