Where is the medallion?

For some unknown reason this program seemed to have affected me deeply. When it went off the air I was heart broken. I wrote to the producer asking how to go about protesting the cancellation and if there were a possibility of getting a copy of the Phoenix medallion. After several weeks the only answer I received was a 5x6 picture of an autographed picture of Mr. Scott wearing the medallion. I have been searching for a medallion for years. Does anyone here have any information?

You'll probably have to get one custom made. You can ask on Ebay. I'm sure someone can do something over there if you show them a pic of it.

I loved this series, too. It's up on YouTube now. It was like finding an early Xmas present when I saw it up there. I hadn't seen it since I was a kid. And I still remember how much I loved the show. Canceling this was a complete tragedy. This show was way ahead of its time.

"The Phoenix" medallions are mentioned as being available at this website address http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Theater/7705/news.html

The Kirlian Peacehawk.

Thank you, I will check.

Unfortunately geocities is no longer in operation.

Is there a current address where I can get a copy of the medallion, without having to go to the expense of having one custom made?

In theory, if you wanted the backless medallion you could augment it with holographic film and custom silvered glass. There are LED options and glow plastic options (like those neon-glow plastic clipboards that illuminate from the cut edges). Plenty of backing options. These days, there's laser etching, micro-etching, photolithography etching, UV-printing, paints of all kinds for all purposes.

Looks like there's someone selling on ebay? Search "The Phoenix Amulet".

Thank you for the information but this looks a bit suspicious. The image shown is not the actual item up for sale, it is a copy of a picture of the medallion used by the T.V. series.

I felt the same way. It touched me, too. I guess a part of me will always be waiting for the next episode, the next season which will never be.

I made the original medallion for Anthony and Nancy Lawrence at my jewelry store in Ojai California. They were living there at that time. You can see more about it on my website www.billshook.com
