This cartoon rocked!
Anyone else remember this cartoon? I loved it when baby pac or the pets ate a power pellet and kicked some ghost butt. lol

Actually, this cartoon sucked. It was completely inaccurate to the video game and Mezmeron was absolutely stupid and unnecessary. Throwing the word 'Pac' in front of every word does not make it a Pac-Man tv show. No, I don't recall ghosts turning 'purple with panic' after eating an Energizer. (NOT POWER PELLET) They turned blue. And besides, the video game had no elements to turn it into a TV show. The whole game was watching an 8-bit yellow pizza run around in a maze, eating dots and muticolored ghosts.

I can't remember when I saw that show, and if it was good.
Yeah- this had to be one of the worst Hanna Barbara cartoon series ever. It was clearly all just thrown together in a hurry to cash in on the popularity of the video game.
One particularly awful thing about the show was how Pac-man *always* mysteriously knew what Mezmeron was up to and was always in the right place at the right time to foil his plans. I guess it was too much to ask of the writers to explain this phenomenon because they never bothered to.

Are you talking about some "re-make" PSX game? This cartoon is made off of a old 80's arcade game that had 2-bit graphics.
(which is why the ghosts have white eyes instead of transparent ones like on the Atari)

Agreed. Yes it was a toon on a video game that wasn't exactly the easiest source material, but again it was an adaption.
To me this one was never my favorite, nor is it now a favorite. But still a fun and enjoyable show.
Gamefaqs has a far worse population than IMDB
