Question About Specific Date

Hello. I'm writing a novel, and have tried many sources but cannot find a LNwDL guest list for Wednesday November 15th, 2000.

Anybody know this or have hints on how to find it? Thank you!

If your writing a novel, you might wanted to correct it; by 2000 Dave was on CBS.

No "Late Night"...just "Late Show".

It looks like it was Mike Meyers and Ricky Martin:

Thank you!You are precious to my heart. Plus that epiguides site could be useful with other references. Thanks to IMDB, it did not take too long to find that Tom Green was SNL host that Saturday.

While we're at it, I'm fishing for street reporters who worked for WNBC channel 4 at that time. Chuck and Sue were the durable anchors, but I guess I'm just not entering the correct Google clues.

Now, if I was truly diligent, I'd find out the weather for each day of that week.

And, yes, thank you for the Late Night observation. I knew it but was in a hurry. I attended both the NBC and CBS shows twice. Just being in the Ed Sullivan Theater was fun.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to respond. Should it see the light, the novel just might have an acknowledgement to "menotherapy"!

Thanks. lol... I'm curious as to what your book is about.

Are you referring to the "Live at Five" team that were broadcasting just down the hall from Dave's studio while he was filming?

Youtube might be a great resource for that. Lots of intros/clips on the site.

Correction: It was James Brown at the first Letterman anniversary. It was a long time ago and there was a lot of pot going around back then.

BTW:

That would have been a hugely fun show to have attended. When I went, it was Tom Arnold and Alex Trebek. Though I did get to see Chuck Berry at the first anniversary of the NBC Late Show.

And....it's a touch of bizarro that the main character of my book has been mistaken for Rick Moranis. I'll have to weave this guest appearance in.

You're the best.
