and it's still pretty cool today. Have caught quite a few reruns lately and I still like the show but it's not as good as I remember it. I do love the nostalgia the show has when I watch it now though. The 80s was such a cool time for TV shows, movies, music, video games, cartoons etc etc. Glad I got to be 6 to 16 during that decade, the perfect ages for those 10 years.

shareI agree. Though, in terms of 'rewatchability' Season 1 is the one that I can re-watch without cringing about it. The show started going down on a downfall on Season 2.
shareoh man now i envy you. you see i was only 2 in 1980, and i've always felt sad that i wasn't old enough from 1980-1985 to remember almost anything, so i wasn't able to enjoy those years. i wish i could have enjoyed those years. i feel the same way about my two dads. i used to love that show when i was a kid, but now in reruns that show is boring to me.
