No Crossover with the 6 Million Dollar Man/Bionic Woman?

I'm surprised- this would have made a good crossover stunt, since the 6 Million Dollar Man and Bionic Woman shows had been off the air for several years by the time Knight Rider became a hit series.

Universal Studios produced all three shows. It should have been not that hard to pull off.

It would be interesting to see Michael deal with a team-up with the likes of Steve Austin and Jaime Sommers. Maybe there was some relationship between the OSI and the scientists who created KITT.

I asked myself the same question over and over again. Glen a Larson did the writing of both of the shows. I also woulf include the A Team. At least a cameo like Tom Selleck did in The Fall Guy.

Glen A Larson wrote the screen play for one Bionic TV Movie other than that he had nothing to do with the show, and it's insult to Harve Bennett and Martin Cadin to suggest otherwise.

The Bionic Man & Woman TV shows ended in the late 70's, and Knight Rider came on in 1982; how could both of them have a crossover when both didn't air at the same time?

As well, the Bionic Man & Woman shows were on ABC (with Bionic Woman being on NBC for one last season.)

Not a good idea...
