i still can't believe they only made 13 of these badboys, but they were memorable, and that theme music was badass.

That would be very awesome especially to cash-in on the upcoming "Incredible Hulk" movie and "Spider-Man 3".

The Spider-Woman cartoon technically isn't from the '80s, and Spider-Woman has never been a major Marvel Comics character. But I agree that there's no excuse for none of the '80s Spider-Man and Hulk cartoons being on official DVD (esp. in the case of Spidey, since there are two recent blockbuster Spidey movies and a third one is coming soon). Actually, Spider-Man and the Hulk are such well known characters that all of the TV shows about them (live-action and animated) should be available on official DVDs. [If the owners of the early '80s Marvel cartoons need a lot of bang for their buck, maybe "Spider-Man" (1981), "Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends" (1981), and "The Incredible Hulk" (1982) could be put out together on a 6 (or 7) DVD set. Spider-Friends episodes were often paired with Hulk '82 episodes (providing a one-hour Saturday morning show for NBC), after all.]

I totally agree witj Kevjess 74. Hulk '82 was my first exposure to the big green guy and is my definitive telling of what The Hulk was all about - not the geeky, awkward Banner from the comics and its seriously weird and outlandish storylines about grey Hulks and Jo Fixit!

Basically it's my favourite cartoon from the 80s, with good characterization, drama and depth for a Saturday morning cartoon - The Creature and the Cavegirl episode was a genuine tearjerker!

Why and how it's been forgotten is beyond me, especially as Stan Lee himself narrated every episode! Surely he could have piped up and made some moves to have the show re-released on DVD!

With the next movie coming up next year, it's too good an opportunity to miss. How though can we the fans get the message to the studios??
