Why do some people find A Fine Romance to be a boring show?

Because they don't understand subtlety

I love Judi Dench in anything which is why I sometimes watch this show but unfortunately I can also see why some don't like it . Its advertised as a sitcom and yet large parts of it are not meant to be funny. Not at all helped by the twittering . wittering 'laughter ' track being over dubbed at at every look and moment . Should be broadcast with out the terrible canned laughter . Don't tell me thats a studio audience response cause its just not funny in many parts of the show . A shame . Love Judi Dench
