Unico's english version voice

As many others here, I loved Unico as a kid. But now after watching it as
an adult, I can't seem to get past the fact that Unico's voice is obviously
voiced by a female voice actress. This would be fine...except the fact that Unico is supposed to be a Boy!
Who else does this annoy?

Bart Simpson is voiced by a woman... there are many characters that are male that are voiced by females... especially when it comes to boys since when they are so young their voices haven't broken yet.
