Okay, so it's not art or even one of the best comedies ever made. And it's really politically incorrect. But my friends and family and I still quote it and I'd love to see it again. You can't even get it on VHS. Chevy Chase could probably use the work doing commentary for the disc. Who can I write to to get the ball rolling?

sharethe rights to this movie are owned by mgm because years ago they baught the complete orion pictures catalog. the only problem i have with mgm is that it takes them forever to release films. just like this one is not released i would also like to see the old laural and hardy films rereleased.

You've got to write and or e-mail MGM. I think it's like the record business, if you ask the retailers for it you create a demand. Try to buy it. Ask if they can order it. That gets back to the distributor and maybe.....no dream.......
I've seen it on Ebay as a DVD (I just won a bid for it and it should be delivered within a week). I have no idea if it's a bootleg copy, they person selling it seemed to indicate that it was a studio release. At any rate, I'll see if it's a true DVD or a bootleg. Again, I have no idea as to the quality or this DVD but I assume that I'll know in a week if it's a studio release of if its a knock-off of a VHS tape.
I too am looking forward to seeing this funny movie again. I believe I saw this once or twice in the theater and haven't seen it since and I remember it being very funny. We shall see. If it's a good copy, I'll post a message here again.
