I enjoyed TC, and own it on DVD. Good acting, and the focus on the brothers' relationship was wise, but pacing is sometimes slow. Also, the attempt to show an Irish community in LA wasn't very successful.

I wonder what Martin Scorsese could have done with the script and direction. He is a New Yorker, of course, but he got the flavor of LA pretty well in The Aviator. A judicious, not-too-heavy dash of pepper on a bland script?
