I think it was a bit harsh yes he told Frank it was a set up but Frank would have figured that anyway?
Also where was the police when all this was going on when Frank wakes up in the vehicle Bureau the Police should have been there by then.
And how did they get on the roof :) I guess they had a couple of Copters. Still great movie.
