I am trying to find a film I thought was called The Tattoo Artist about a POW in, I think, Vietnam is taught by a woman captor to be a tattoo artist and back in the states tattoos imorted prostitutes for a madam. Has anyone seen this movie??

I know that I'm replying to a message that's over four years old - but just in case....the movie is Skin Art, from 1993.
