historical novel

This movie is similar to an historical novel. This movie was made to entertain people, not to represent historic facts. In fact, the second time I rented it in 1982, it was not even the same movie. Dialogue had been changed and garbled. I would love to see the original cut again, even if the language was rough and it was more racial than the edited version. You always know its an edited version beginning with the garbled musical score at the beginning.
